How do I connect a TikTok account?
Go to the dashboard, click “Connect TikTok account”, and you'll be taken to TikTok's official authorization page. Review the permissions, tap Authorize, and you'll be returned to HubPost. We never see or store your TikTok password.
What is the difference between a draft and a direct post?
A draft is delivered to the account's TikTok inbox: the video appears on the account owner's phone for a final review — music, cover, caption — before they tap Publish. A direct post goes straight to the TikTok profile with the privacy level and options chosen in HubPost.
Where do my drafts appear in the TikTok app?
The account owner receives a TikTok notification about a new video waiting in the inbox. Opening it shows the video with full editing options before publishing.
Why can't I publish more videos today?
TikTok applies its own publishing rules and daily limits, which vary by account status and region. HubPost shows the exact error returned by TikTok when a limit is reached. We never attempt to bypass platform restrictions.
How do I revoke HubPost's access to my account?
Two ways: in the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services, then remove HubPost; or in the HubPost dashboard, disconnect the account. Both stop all access immediately, and related data is deleted from our servers.
Do you support AI-generated content?
Yes. When a video is AI-generated, HubPost automatically applies TikTok's AI-generated content disclosure before publishing, as required by platform policy.
What data do you store?
Only what is needed to operate the service: your TikTok user ID, display name and avatar (from TikTok's official login), the videos you upload, and the publish results returned by TikTok. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is my TikTok account safe with HubPost?
HubPost only ever acts through TikTok's official API, with the permissions you granted and within the limits TikTok enforces. It does not automate the TikTok app, does not touch your password, and cannot read your private messages.
