This Privacy Policy explains how HubPost (“we”, “us”, operated at hub.atanbd.com) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website and services. It applies in particular to data we receive through TikTok's official Login Kit authorization.

1. Who we are

HubPost is an independent content-publishing tool for TikTok creators and brands. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

2. Data we collect

TikTok account data (via official authorization): your TikTok open ID, display name and profile avatar, and — where you explicitly grant the corresponding permission — your public video list and basic video statistics. We receive these only after you tap “Authorize” on TikTok's official login page.
Authorization tokens: access and refresh tokens that allow HubPost to act on your behalf within the permissions you granted. These are stored encrypted and are never shared with anyone.
Content you upload: the video files, titles, captions and publishing options you submit through HubPost.
Publishing results: the status and identifiers returned by TikTok for each publish attempt (for example, whether a video was published successfully).
Account & usage data: your HubPost login email, team memberships, and basic operational logs (such as when a publish task ran).

We never collect: your TikTok password, your private messages, your browsing history, or any data beyond the permissions you granted on TikTok's authorization page.

3. How we use data

To connect your TikTok account and show it in your workspace;
To upload, organize, schedule and publish videos at your instruction;
To show publishing results and errors returned by TikTok;
To label AI-generated content where required by platform policy;
To provide support and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

4. Sharing with third parties

Your data is shared only with TikTok's official API, and only to perform the actions you requested (for example, uploading a video or publishing a post). We do not otherwise share, sell or transfer your personal data except when required by law.

5. Storage, security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and tokens are stored encrypted;
Access to production systems is restricted to the personnel who operate the service;
Video files and account data are kept while your account is active. When you delete a video, disconnect an account, or close your account, the related data and tokens are deleted from our systems;
Basic operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting.

6. Your rights and choices

Revoke authorization at any time: in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services, or by disconnecting the account in the HubPost dashboard. Revocation immediately stops all access;
Request deletion: email support@atanbd.com and we will delete your account data within 30 days;
Request access or correction: email us and we will provide or correct the personal data we hold about you.

7. Children

HubPost is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. International data transfer

Our servers and TikTok's API endpoints may be located in countries other than your own. By using HubPost, you consent to this transfer of data as necessary to provide the service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
